Hey Steve,
Interesting diary. But get yourself a one bedroom apartment in Sydney. Or better still, buy yourself one with the profits from your writing. Everybody needs a home to go back to.
You also need a place with walls to post your many photos of your international adventures.
And as for Sydney, it is called the Emerald City isn't it? People are dying to live there. Maybe you should think of finding a place near the water, so you can go swimming six months of the year. Bronte? Clovelly (walking distance from the Clovelly Hotel where you can have a few drinks with Gus Gould)? Neutral Bay? Cremorne? Mosman?
Don't forget, all the friends you make on your world travels would love a place to crash for a few days on their travels Down Under. So you need a one bedroom for privacy and a good night's sleep on those occasions when the visitors arrive. Who knows, some of those visitors might even be some very sensual French women from Perpignan, Carcasssonne, Toulouse, or Avignon.
That is when you will need a place to party with them long into the night!
