Wigan's Gareth Hock faces a ban of up to eight matches after being charged with gouging this afternoon.
Hock, who will face the RFL disciplinary panel tomorrow, was placed on report by referee Richard Silverwood after appearing to punch Warrington forward Ben Harrison as Wigan lost 39-12 yesterday.
But after looking at the incident, the RFL match review panel have added a charge of gouging - a grade E offence with a possible ban of 4-8 matches. The punching charge, which he will also have to answer, carries a possible 1-2 match ban.
Castleford utility back will also face the judiciary tomorrow after being charged with striking Hull FC half-back Sam Obst during the 50-18 defeat on Saturday.
McGoldrick is facing a grade B offence which carries a ban of one or two matches.
The match review panel also issued warnings to a number of players: Wigan's Jeff Lima, for pulling the hair of Warrington winger Matt King, team-mate Sam Tomkins for his feet as Jon Clarke, was scoring a try, Salford City Reds centre Sean Gleeson and Hull KR hooker Josh Hodgson.
