The government website says you can claim it to £65 each day if you are working. It also says you can claim for loss of earnings if your employer doesn't pay you, which mine won't. I earn more than £65 in a day so will I be able to get the full amount of my loss redeemed.

It depends on your employer's policy, but if they won't then you can only get whatever the courts reimburse you. You need to get your employer to complete the loss of earnings form and then return it to you, so you can present it to the courts. They'll then reimburse you up to £65 for the first 10 days, and then it goes up to about £110 per day, but it's rare for it to go beyond 10 days.

You can claim for loss of earnings. Ask the Clerk before the trial. There is also a lunch allowance of around £5/6 plus travel expenses.

Managed to escape it, only called up once. I was due back to work abroad and told them this. I was told I would be excused this once, but not in the future.
I don't think I would be in a very good frame of mind, if I was loosing a load of wages. Especially when you have to listen to a gang of Barristers on shed loads a day, trying to get some scrote off.
