Are we leaving the EU? Probably
Are we leaving Europe? Nope

Surprising how many supposedly 'educated' people fail to understand the difference.

Hopefully it'll be the end of it

As you clearly seem to know the terms under which we'll leave the EU, could you pop down to London and save all the pesky negotiating?

Isn't it just

And this ' person ' has been passing on his wisdom on the actual Brexit thread , mostly accusing all and sundry of being racist and xenophobic

Leopards can't change their spots. He's been hiding behind different usernames for years but the character traits are always the same, can't help himself.

Don't worry, some folk are only too ready to stick a label on others.
Get them in a pigeonhole and somehow the higher moral ground is won and hence any argument.
Makes them feel better about themselves ...

Incidentally, an idiot, a racist, a xenophobe, a dude, a 'you name it that's considered bad or inferior' .... is someone other than self.
Because we are all perfect ... innit?

War does not determine who is right - only who is left.

Thank God I'm an atheist.

Silly question, though. It isn't USA v EU. The Ryder Cup was founded in the 20s when there was no EU. Plus, initially it was USA v GB.

We allowed other European countries to the party, just because we wanted to have the likes of Seve Ballesteros to beef up our then fairly pisspoor side, but basically they are in by invitation.

There are over 50 FAs in UEFA, including Ukraine, Israel and Russia, none of which last I heard were EU members.
