Well if she dont turn up your out of pocket.

I had to go for about 3 years on and off. Court order nothing to stop them breaking it eg went for mine on my access day police were called as she claimed i was knocking on her door and scaring her.

Good Luck

Yes I won, I think. 20 years ago. The judge initiially said `I think we all agree that children are better off with their mother`. By the time the evidence was given there was no contest, she never wanted the kids. Still she got to have them visit every second weekend until they were 12 at which point each one of them didn't want to go except for birthdays. Cost me a fortune because I was forced to pay over the odds for the settlement, but those children are worth it. Don't give up.

Yes...represented myself about 15 years ago, have to say I found the whole process incredibly stressful and I say that as professional used to actually spending time in magistrates court. My ex refused me a parental responsibility agreement and the judge granted it without any issue. However I found this site incredibly helpful : https://fnf.org.uk/
I know they may occasionally get some bad publicity but as I say the site was helpful.
In hindsight it was the emotions involved that caused the stress, not the process. I should also say that things can change and 15 years down the line my ex and I find ourselves in a very civil relationship and we're both looking forward to going out for a meal to celebrate our daughters 18th birthday.
I've not read your story so make no comment on it. However I also have to say that as a professional involved in child care I also feel very strongly about fathers responsibilities....sadly too many don't!
