6.5% PA for 7 years is a very good return but I'd be concerned about getting my money back in 2022

Setting aside the "investment" story, which RL club would give their CEO's firstborn child to have attendance figures like that though ?

I can think of one periphery Manchester club for starters who have gone down the "We need a new stadium" business model and found that its not the answer to any of their problems.
