If you aren't logged in I believe you can still see the said foe's post. Once you're logged in you shouldn't see them unless someone quotes them. Handy feature to have!

I'd probably give up this forum baloney if I ever had to put someone on a 'foes list'.

nothing about how serious i take my self, more the fact that i cba to go on the virtual terrace anymore because every thread gets derailed by the same people and to the exact same subject.
