You might do well in trying to look for decent/cheap hotels in the Wembley area and if you find one get it booked quickly. I'm sure that you'll find plenty in the area so good luck to you. |

Thanks in advance Unless you really want to be in an area with little to do before or after the game then avoid Wibley, we stay aabout an hour in any direction (on the tube) depends who is going, one year it was just three blokes and we got a "B&B" (which meant bed and bugs when we got there), last time we stayed in a great hotel in Hyde Park (we had o/h's with us), not sure about this time, so thanks for the reminder. |

I can recommend the Ibis London Blackfriars, stayed there for the Rams vs Pats game last year. Decent rooms with free wi-fi, nice hotel and pretty good value as London prices go. It's 100 yards from Southwark tube station where you can get on Jubilee line straight to Wembley. If you fancy a bit of culture the Tate Modern isn't far away either. |

Could stay in Herts. especially if you are taking a car. Easy drive to Stanmore on the M1 and pick up the tube from North of Wembley. Could stay in St Albans (the home of CAMRA) a place that still has many small, traditional pubs tucked away in alleys / side-streets. Could even stay at London Gateway services on the M1! |

We stayed there in 2008 after Wembley. |
