Never been able to listen to him without getting angry! Glad I dont have to listen to him or see his mug on the TV. Much preferred Hirsty, Danny, And JoJo on Capital Yorkshire (Hate commercial radio stations but they always made me laugh on my long commute into deepest, darkest Lincolnshire)

Chris Moyles is an inspiration to me as a broadcaster. Insofar as if I ever end up sounding like him, playing the same music as him, trundling out a 'comedy' sidekick like he does etc etc, I will immediately remove myself from the air and never darken the doors of a radio studio again.

John, that's like a division six amateur RL player saying he'll give up the sport if he ever finds himself scoring tries like Sam Tomkins!

I must admit I was slightly horrified when I heard Chris Moyles was playing King Herod in the Jesus Christ Superstar arena tour.

Does this mean Radio One might return to playing some music occassionally?

I hope we never hear of the loser again.

Once upon a time the Moyles show was good. Some of the parodies were hilarious, particularly 'Stanta' and 'Afro Blair', both now around 10 years old. In recent years the show turned into self-indulgent crap and shameless self-promotion. Like Chris Evans, could take a break for a few years and come back far better for it.
