Cameron doing a reshuffle is akin to rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. His ministers or ministerial candidates are either fading former grandees like Clarke, failed former leaders as in IDS and Hague or a bunch of talentless not very bright younger politicians such as Shapps. |
