Artist arrested and banned from the tube and within one mile of an Olympic venue

Is all this really necessary?

As in, you know, really necessary?

And there's more, Artists arrested for "criminal damage"

Spilling green custard on the pavement is now criminal damage and you can be nicked, even if you are in the process of cleaning it up.

The artist shouldn't have agreed the bail conditions.

As for the custard thing, that is totally ridiculous. I really do fear we are moving towards a police state, and have been for some time.

My first thought too, if my business depended upon me using spray paint then I'd never agree to not being in possession of spray paint, there are some crazy things going on in London at the moment, I'm glad they kept those game-things to themselves.

I just hope as much effort is going into identifying potential serious disruption (terrorism etc.) as appears to be going into arresting people for something petty and inconsequential

@L8ESJ

To keep the whole G4S Fiasco rolling, Soldier returns to his Land Rover to find this. At least G4S are doing their bit.
