The Guardian suggests a grey market in drachma's may come into being within days. Traders apparently estimate it will start trading at 1,500 per Euro compared with 350 per Euro when Greece went into the EZ.

Is this another loony piece of Guardianism or is the big moment upon us?

There was a rumour that the Germans has been quietly stockpilling them 'just in case'.

Not if it's gonna cost 10,000 Drax for a bottle of Fix you won't

The older I get, the better I was

Advice is what we seek when we already know the answer - but wish we didn't

I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full-frontal lobotomy

No wait it was the Germans stockpiling Deutschmarks which seeing as it was the prevous German currency would make much more sense

I'd suspect that any stockpiled money would be worthless - this would be an all new currency.

Yes, but that was only about £3 worth though.
