Many years ago while travelling the world I read an article in a backpacking newsletter warning women intending to travel to Zimbabwe that the Chief Witch Doctor had been telling everyone that the way to cure AIDS was to rape a white woman. Maybe this guy has a medical condition and he could try the "denying him treatment" angle on his appeal?
