"Would it be strange if (the United States) had developed a technology to induce cancer, and for no one to know it?" he asked.

Not beyond the realms of possibility for scientists to do so, but given the nature of most US destabalisation projects [what was the number of attempts on Castro?] they would be more likely to infect Carlo Tevez instead.
