Not much on the forums - apparently this is a rare failure. However I pulled the HDD and powered up and got the 'can't find HDD' message - according to the forums this is a good indicator that just the HDD is gone. Should have the new one by Friday so fingers crossed...

Battlefield 3's campaign was a bit disappointing. I thought I would at least fly the jet
Think the defenders had been skinned by my winger Carayol, who burnt them for pace, currently on a 32 game unbeaten streak with my bronze team, hopefully I will upload some more goals now I know how to do it.
I have barely touched Battlefield, or any other game than FIFA.
RE the RSoD
Yeah, I had a quick look around earlier and sounds like it could well be the HDD, in which case it shouldn't cost too much to get a new one.

*Mass Effect 2 spoiler*
Just finishing ME 2 again in preperation for the 3rd game, and was wondering what other people decided to do at the end, do you save or destroy the reaper station? I saved it first time but I think I'll be better off destroying it.

Quiet on here recently.
Playing Bioshock 2 at the moment. Remembered just how much I loved the original and the atmosphere, etc. Looking forward to seeing how the third installment plays

I'm trying to sign into the PSN on my borthers PS3, but it's coming back with a message saying the sign-in ID or password is incorrect; both when I try and log into mine, and his accounts.
I know for a fact that both passwords and emails are right because I've been on FIFA UT online with them today, but for some reason the network won't let either in.

I really like the first one. I don't think it deserves the 10/10 reviews its had but its still a classic game. The 2nd one is a bit of a sideshow and was just an excuse to make a ton of money. The 3rd game should be a return to form as its being made by the original team who made the first one.
If you like Bioshock you should give Rage a go very underrated game.

Any ideas?
Have you done the update that changed PSN to Sony Entertainment Network on your brothers PS3?

Yeah from what I've seen of the third, it looks really impressive. Looking forward to trying out the skyhook thing.
I've got Rage, only managed about an hour on it since I bought it though. Probably go back to it once I've finished it, although I've got a long list of games that are either unplayed or unfinished: Rage, Gears of War 3, Resident Evil 5, Crysis 2, Enslaved and Dante's Inferno. Also got NBA 2k12 and Fifa 12 in the last few months which have distracted from the others as well.

Anyone bothering with the Vita?
I've not read too much into it to be honest. I know there are 3G models, but how exactly does that work with regards to online gaming? I can only assume that the 3G is for web browsing and so on, as I can't imagine quality online play on a 3G connection.
Anyway, I may have been interested had it had some sort of decent design, it looks just like the original PSP which I hated. If they went for the PSP Go design, but had two analog sticks, it may have tempted me.
