It's not even controversial. There are virtually no dissenting voices. On either side of the Atlantic. Are you seriously suggesting that there's a worldwide conspiracy to promote the benefits of wholegrain wheat when really it's detrimental to your health? Really?
The same studies even point out that refined wheat is not good for you and that only the whole grain confers the health benefits outlined. Why would they do that if they were just doing it for the cash?
