very tall and a steady player but oh sooooo boooring to watch ! mind you, he played a big part in K***ts success at that time usually at the expense of super Essex CCC ! he grew a tash at one stage and looked a bit like General de Gaulle without the big hooter !
watching him & Borecott together was sheer purgatory mind...
