Companies House is a whole different story. Our LTD compmany accounts are all based on IRIS Accounting Software, which can output a report to PDF format and would be then forwarded to Co. House.

After my recent scare re: hard drive, I want to back up my laptop. Can someone reccomend a decent external hard drive? Or just a general decent source for buying one? Ideally, I'd like to order tonight for delivery on Saturday.

Any Excel wizzes aout there? Basic, but infuriating, I have conditional formatting to change a cell coulour if a date is past. Unfortunately, if no date is entered the cell automatically infills itself.

what do you mean "in fills", if the cell is balnk then, technically, it won't meet any criteria, try putting a condition that states if the cell is blank then the formatting is "normal"
