How do the computer shield/keep the ball so well on FIFA? I spend the entire match tackling their players, but every time they ride the challenge or simply turn away with the ball. Every time they come near me, whether I'm sprinting, jogging, or dribbling, they knock it away and get it straight away. Similarly, I'm playing on world class and I've conceded about ten goals so far in my career mode. Every single goal has been the CPU profiting from something stupid, i.e. my goalkeeper comes out 1v1, saves it, it rolls to my players who runs as though nothing has happened, resulting in him running into my keeper, falling over and the CPU having a tap in. Surely anybody that's played it has seen the sheer BS the CPU come up with?

Funny you've posted this, I've been having the same problems. Although I only play on professional. Like you said the CPU seem to be able to keep the ball so well, pass the ball around like I'm not there and almost every 50/50 they always come off best. I find it very hard to keep a clean sheet and rarely score more than two myself. I don't know what it is, the CPU just seem to be so lucky with everything.

I used to think it was easy, its a bloody nightmare. Six competitive games so far, and the opposition keepers have got match ratings of - 9 - 8 - 8 - 9 - 8 - 8 whereas mine has got 7 five times and an 8! no chance! nothing worse than constantly being mugged by sloppy goals while your strikers play against a goalkeeping fortress.
Get 442baz, hardly lose a game with that formation and you didn't need to spend 30m on players when there's the likes of Tsigalko & Mederia who are superstars for 50-300k each.

There's never a game I look forward to more than the latest GTA release and this one is no different. It's the only title other than occasionally the odd FIFA that gets more than 100+ hours gameplay.
The screenshots for 5 look mouth-watering. They've gone for 3 protagonists in this one which is a bold move. In one of the online previews I read last week, it says they've pulled it off very well and you can even switch between the protagonists mid-mission. For example, during some missions so you can choose whether you want to be the getaway driver or the shooter. Looking forward to this very much.
