2100 = £17.97 FIFA13 = £39.00 Together = £46.97
Might as well, but there's no Ultimate Edition. If you know any staff members there, they have 20% off this weekend

Early FIFA thoughts?
Just played my first game and I found it a rather strange experience. It was against the CPU which isn't always the best reflection, but still, I had a few problems for a first game.
1) Goalkeepers. Scored a couple of really tame goals, the goalkeepers seem to stand around watching the ball then have a very sudden reaction as soon as the ball is slightly close, the reaction is so fast it looks really strange. One goal I scored the goalkeeper pushed it onto his other hand and into the net. Anybody has that has a shot from distance should see the 'spring' in the goalkeeper's dive, it's hilarious, it's like he's competing in the high jump.
2) The CPU seems to still have that really frustrating "we'll keep the ball but do absolutely nothing with it" thing going on. I spent a lot of time being turned by the CPU as I closed them down, only for them to run straight into one of my players.
3) The general 'pacing' seems very inconsistent. Players seem to be 'dormant' for a while then have these sudden bursts of lightning speed. By that I mean, as an example, a pass could be played across the pitch, the oppo player could be casually jogging, then as soon as my player takes his first touch we have ridiculous agility and acceleration, it just seems to inconsistent and doesn't flow.
4) The new shirt pulling foul is stupid. Yes, a shirt pulling foul was needed, but when a player pulls your shirt for ten yards, your player eventually goes down on the eighteen yard line and you're the last man bang in the middle of the box, it has to be a red card, not an 'I'll start a tecktonik dance to warn you' moment. If that becomes a consistent feature of the game then it is potentially game-breaking. Last man challenges are a problem as they are, if they start rewarding players for poor defending by not sending them off, how can anybody be expected to enjoy the game when it will easily be exploited by everybody online?
In terms of positives, I've enjoyed some of my touches but it still seems to play exactly the same as the other game. I'm hoping to learn some of the new things they've put in but I haven't found it any different to the other game really, a bit more 'zippy' but not much else.
What have they supposed to have added that's new, game-play wise?

Popped to gamestation earlier on and picked up Resident Evil 6. Haven't played one of these games for quite some time but tried the demo and liked what I saw. Two things though, one which I know is petty. But the starting pistol is awful imo. But the most annoying thing is that if you leave the game open for someone else to join in for co-op, you can't pause the game at all! I've the the setting as private and I still can't pause the game even when I'm playing as single player!
Worth a look though

The game has been getting an absolute slating by critics, its current metacritic score is a lousy 67. Ouch.
Probably worth waiting a few months and picking it up for £15 I'd say.

The reviews I've read have all said there are some truly superb moments and set pieces in there, but that in general it is let down by some horrible gameplay mechanics.
It's another franchise like Pro Evolution Soccer which just did not make the step up to this generation of consoles. Rather the continuing to pump out weak games and destroy the franchises, they would have been better spending the last year making the next gen version and starting strongly there instead. The last Resident Evil I played, the one set in Africa with Zoe, was truly awful. It looked good, but the gameplay was akin to something from 15 years ago, and not in a good way.
