Deliberate double negative as one silver lining of Johnson, like Trump, is he's not that effective at getting done the stuff his party and paymasters really want. He's making progress though.

It's not a secret to anyone who follows American politics. Obama largely ignored the comments Johnson made about him. Biden was furious. And no obviously there is no on record comment so you can choose to pretend it's not true despite the very, very widespread reporting.

I'm not pretending anything. It's you pretending you are party to the inner thoughts of the US president and his aides. He may not like him (or loathe as you over dramatised, as per) I don't know. But yet again, like your mate Scarlet, you present innuendo and gossip as fact.

Like I said, you and other believers won't accept anything unless it's written down - and even then would try and deny it. So it's not even worth trying to get you to accept what is common knowledge in US political and UK diplomatic circles.
