Erm, they use (or used to) G4S up to the end of last season, as far as I'm aware they won't be doing it next season.
Part of the issue is (and I'm not excusing G4S here) is NUFC had a core of part time stewards numbering about 250 who covered the season between them, the number of stewards LOCOG have requested and the shifts meant that the regular crew shrunk to a handful in reality, G4S just wouldn't invest in employing and retaining the staff, they expected them to train for free, travel for free and more importantly sign off if they were claiming or take leave from their jobs without giving them a guarantee of hours/pay.
