I've just had a look on the 360, and can't find the demo anywhere?
But have just started downloading the F1 demo.

it's "xbox live gold only" and apparently doesn't work if you're on a gold trial either so I couldn't get it through the market place although I did manage to get hold of it...
only had 2 games and it does seem like they have got a lot of extra stuff going on. The gameplay doesn't seem to different in all honesty other than it being harder to control the ball and passes seem more sensitive and stray more. the new kick off feature updates stats etc into the commentary to make the whole experience realistic. but it makes the commentary sound a bit choppy and weird. i.e "the home team are 3rd in their league whilst the away team are 1st in their league" imagine the awkward pauses between words that you get in rugby league live commentary and its somewhere near that. there's also some good training/challenges whilst waiting to start the game. I can give a better insight once ive played a bit more though.

Slightly off topic here, but is Saint Viper still around here? The american state department official murdered in Libya yesterday was Sean Smith AKA "Vile Rat" from EvE online who im sure, Saint Viper knows. Sean, singlehandedly shaped the politics within EvE and was without doubt, the most respected player within the game and one of the nicest people you could wish to meet. He leaves a wife and 2 children
I was unaware that if you've worked some space down the flank and are free of your marker it becomes standard procedure for said defender to nigh-on WARP to your man with the ball, completely negating any space you've made for yourself
