Or you can pick up The Gimp for £0, and that will also do what you need. I use it all the time, and haven't found anything yet that I am unable to do. That gives you an extra £80 to put towards your new hardware!

Downloaded gimp for free. Purchased the Nikon d5100 with kit lens for 450. And also a tamron 70mm to 300mm lens 50 quid. Happy days. Now to start taking some photos
