It's probably the amount they pa PAYE on, not what they actually take home.

Depends how successful the agency is?
Still an inappropriate use of the funds IMO.
These funds have helped my daughter get on the property ladder so for me that is tangible evidence of it usefulness.

If you follow the link I helpfully provided, you will see it also shows the average pay, along with both the high and low ranges. You realise sales people, particularly Estate Agents, seem to have a tendency to "up" their job titles?

Likewise, or will be very soon, its one thing that they have got right and if it results in a surge in re-selling prices of houses then that is unfortunate but we've spent the last five years looking at the alternative and the alternative doesn't work.
