No they are not. They are cashing in on a very lucrative industry. Conspiracy theories are an Internet phenomenon and these YouTubers are probably monetising their videos which are lapped up by a large number of morons who believe the Earth is flat and every terrorist event is a government pantomime. Every time you post a YouTube video or a link to one of your 'independent' news sites, all I see is advertising click bait.
