Just go have a look and get your hands on both of them. You'll never get this lot to agree which is best out of the 2. Probably shows how equal they are really

Same day I think it was. I just 'mentioned' them in a tweet about how rubbish their customer service was, and they sent a tweet back then asked for my email address and phone number on a private message, then we started emailing and talking on the phone..

Thanks for that. I'll drop them an email. I've ended up just getting my own phone back as the sale hadn't been finalised at c.e.x and im giving this back to my sisters brother in law but I'f I can get them to sort something it would be good.

Anyone having problems with O2 signal again today? Looks to be another version of the June/July problems - lost signal here about 3 hours ago and it doesn't appear to be geographically isolated according to the O2 website.
Let all the doubters keep doubting and those who believe keep believing.

There was a major network failure on Friday again and it is still ongoing all over the country.
It's the worst network in the country by a massive distance with the worst coverage and the worst downtime record. Why anyone would sign a contract to be with O2 is beyond me, and I'm working (Kind of) for them at the moment.
It's a surprise that the media isn't picking up on this issue like they do when other companies have problems.

It ended up being down for me for twelve hours. Fortunately I didn't really need the phone much that day but it would have been a nightmare if I had.
Add in the fact that they still keep spamming me with Rugby Union she1te and, even though I have been with them 15 years since I worked for them in the Cellnet era, they are going in the bin when I get around to the next contract.
