You miss the point. What business is it of the police to offer advice on possible civil liability issues?

Its only held every year when the H&S safety officer for the town goes on his holiday to the coast, its supposed to be a big secret and the only way to find when its hosted every year is to keep an eye on the H&S officers Twitter feed, when he first mentions the date of his holidays, thats when you book your flights.

My grandparents used to live 10 minutes' walk from Coopers Hill. Its bloody steep. Anyone wanting to run down there, cheese or no, is taking a risk. Why on earth that can't be entirely their own responsibility to do so is beyond me.
