Let's hope there's a sizeable turnout of protesters at her funeral and she gets the send off she so richly deserves.

Looks like the sick, twisted sadists are out in force. Wonder how they would feel if people celebrated the death of their loved ones. Also shows the so-called "humanitarianism" of the left for what it truly is - a total facade to cover the fact that left-wingers don't care about facts, morality or human life, just an outdated totalitarian theory of government and economics.

Thatcher did more to raise the material condition of the British people, including the working classes, in 11 years than socialism achieved in c70 years in the USSR. Of course lefties like Big Graeme don't really care about the poor, just his own nonsensical ideology.

No minute's silence at Old Trafford tonight

Wise move, I can't imagine that would have been observed with any dignity

Personally couldn't stand the women...Ripped my community part. Had the Falklands war hadn't happened she probably wouldn't have got a second term.

My family owned St Johns mine on the Newlands Estate in Normanton. It closed after the miners strike. It was one of the biggest mines in the area and many miners would have lost their jobs. If anyone knows the area knows what has happened to the mine and the surrounding estate. Its in rack and ruin. Such a shame as it had been in the family for nearly 100 years.

13 years of Labour in charge yet all Thatchers fault, it's like blaming my CEO of 13 years ago rather than than the one in charge for 13 years since.

Wasn't the 3 day week also started by the extreme militant minors union that thought they ran this country?

The unions were almost guilty of treason possibly even terrorism by the back door.

It's been fun.
