How many followers Conservatives have 450k, Conservative home 92k - both are a fraction of the total voting pool - how many people watched the debate last night - many millions, that's where the action is.

The subliminal adverts and news feeds are being sent to targeted "voters" accross the country, members and follower's getting propaganda would be a waste of money (for any party).

The inexplicable willingness of some people to defend absolutely anything that Johnson does, is a mirror of the Trump situation; it's beyond bizarre.

I can tell you with certainty that if Labour pulled a stunt like that, despite being a wholehearted supporter of the party, I would call it out as unacceptable and agree with those opponents who labelled it as such.

The level of discourse we've arrived at is shockingly awful - and it seems that we have yet to plumb the depths of the fevered imagination of Mr Cummings and his team of Vote Leave crooks.

Stop the bus - I want to get off.

If Trump and Boris were just a little more extreme than they currently are, we could end up with something really quite sinister and their followers wouldn't notice until the hit squad arrived. Talk about sleep walking into trouble

I must have missed that unusual level of clarity.

You're incredibly naive to think they're only targeting their own following, and that it's only their own following who are seeing the ads. I don't follow any political parties, I don't even have a twitter account, but if I do have a look at anything on twitter, and scroll through the timeline, I'm exposed to ads from all parties.

Garbage, even from you, I doubt you can even use Twitter, you hate success, admit it. You epitomise envy, you, wrencat, bren2k, achieved nothing in life, but it is all someone else to blame.

You're so right - I'm typing this from the local library before my hour runs out, then it's off to a shop doorway for me for another cold night.
