It will be a highly complex act carried out by well paid amputees who are in on the secret but don't have one ounce of conscience to expose it. Nobody will have died and any explosions will merely be cheap far Eastern fireworks. Any guns used will have been vintage Olympic starting pistols. I bet they're all sat in a bar now celebrating with special agents from the NWO how they've conned the world into thinking there's a major terrorist threat and laughing at all the scenarios which will later be dreamt up and posted to YouTube.
