To support the armed forces & poppies is no different to having advertising hoardings around the grounds ,no more than to advertise products & services.

When you buy a poppy,when you show respect for the fallen you are part of community who are eternally greatfull off the sacrifice these people made.

What people dont realise or ignore is that black people died for the country and have the same respect as their white,ghurkas comrades etc that gave up their lives aswell.
You cannot compare a Political fascists movement who want to disband the police and want to blame white people for everything that is wrong with their lives.

It's good that you've taken the time to learn absolutely nothing about what the people are actually protesting for and instead appear to have taken some right wing talking points off Facebook or the Daily Mail.

Do they balls want to disband the police they want to put less money into policing and more into services that might stop people getting involved in crime in the first place (e.g mental health, youth centres etc).

A percentage of money made from poppy sales goes directly into funding the British Armed forces.

No matter how you try and dress it up, the poppy is a political symbol!

On the website defund the police is mentioned.We need more police not less.
Do not need to dress it up just stating what I believe and will wear my poppy with pride whilst you can take the knee with your pride.

I feel that if someone has a different opinion you will try to bully them into submission like the blm have done to a few .It wont work with me .

Defund the police not disband the police. It means spend less on police and more on other services that might reduce the amount of people becoming criminals in the first place. They don't want to disband the police.

Fantastic Idea take money from the police and give it to departments that can stop criminal activities and while we wait for the criminals to stop what they do best the country is brought to its knees

Because these criminals can get help and not punished and thus do the activities again and again.
Like I have said police need more help because they see the worst of the human race and they are the first you shout when you need help.

Do you honestly think the right thing to do is cut those kind of budgets and put it into policing?

That is what is meant by 'defund the police' - don't take everything so literally.
