I don't know what the percentage of law-abiding folk are and those who have decent morals.
I'm guessing it's the vast majority.
You can fart in Mumbai one day and it could be news anywhere in the world later that day.
A very small minority of folk do bad things which we quickly get to know about ... so what?
Don't go extrapolating it to the 'inevitable' end of civilisation.
Folk have always done bad things.
