The basic idea is that as soon as interest rates go up, our finances are so incomprehensibly, unfeasibly and mind-numbingly bad that we are irredeemably fooked, and it is far too late to do anything about it, so it's only a matter of time. Everyone knows this but just pretend the elephant isn't in the room as there's no point given there is nothing you can do about it.
Or something like that. It doesn't say what those people who don't have the money to invest in the first place should do to prepare for moneygeddon.
I'm not going to read it as I have six trillion more important things to do for the rest of my life, but presumably these sages of ancient wisdom also do not tell you what they will invest your money in instead, or what they will charge you to do so, or whether they are registered anywhere, or who they are, or what their home addresses are should it all go wrong, or give you a money back guarantee etc etc etc.
I never cease to be amazed at how investment "experts" who are so confident in their own abilities to buck all trends and make a profit every time, do not ever offer a money back guarantee, after all if they have all the answers then they will never lose when doing their gambling with your money and will therefore never have to refund anyone surely ?
