Without being rude you sound like me, you have the need to design a web site occasionally but you don't want to pay anyone to do it, why not invest a small amount of money in something like Serif's WebPlus which will allow you to set up from a blank page just as if you were using a word processor and do all of the coding in the background for you, including any banners or special gubbins you want to include - and then save it in all sorts of web or tablet formats ?

This is the only thing I can't do on wix and I know for someone who knows what they are doing this will be very simple.

And i need it to be scrolling (like the jquery link) in an area of 200h by 980w with no border or controls etc..
